Terms: Credit card on file will be run for payment. 15.4% buyer's premium. $100 per unit deposit, which will be refunded once units are broom swept cleaned. If you buy multiple units, all deposits will not be returned until all units are cleaned out. Buyers will have until October 8, 2025 by 4pm EST to remove all items from units. Units available for rent for additional time. Everything sold as is. Not responsible for accidents or items after sold. All items must be removed by scheduled removal times, no exceptions! No refunds for items not picked up.
