Credit Card on file will be run for payment. 15.4% buyer's premium. $100 per unit deposit, which will be refunded once units are broom swept clean.  Buyers have until Sunday, May 11 to remove all items from units.  Everything is sold as is. Not responsible for accidents or items after being sold.***
